Navigating Tariffs and Rising Costs

Dear Valued RPM customer,

As you know, recent changes in trade policies, including tariffs, have significantly impacted businesses across the world. These measures, while aimed at reshaping global trade, have led to increased costs for imported goods and materials. For the auto restoration industry, this has created challenges in maintaining pricing.

We want to be transparent about how these changes affect us. Rising costs in our supply chain mean we face tough decisions. While we strive to absorb as much of the impact as possible, some adjustments may be necessary to continue delivering the products and service you trust.

Due to the ongoing and uncertain nature of the current trade situation, we are holding off on implementing price increases as long as possible. However, if no positive changes are made to the current policies, we may soon be forced to include a Tariff Fee on every invoice subtotal (before shipping costs). This fee will be adjusted to reflect the current trade policies and will fluctuate based on policy changes.

We view this measure as a temporary adjustment and remain hopeful that the circumstances will improve. Rest assured; we plan to eliminate the Tariff Fee as soon as conditions allow.
